Lovely garden, spotless rooms. Staff was unfailingly friendly; I got a the best breakfast. Excellent service, friendly communication with the host.

Would definitely return here, nothing too much trouble. Perfect place for travelling to St Austell and sightseeing. Very friendly staff and we loved the host. We received ironing as a compliment. It includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator and air conditioner...
